What if a report has missing or incorrect info?

Our background reports are compiled by pulling information from multiple public and proprietary databases, and then aggregating it into an easy-to-read document. On rare occasions, the complexity of the information being pulled can lead to issues within the report.

If you encounter a report that seems to have missing information, it usually means that we weren't able to confidently tie together details that belonged to a single identity. We use several match indicators before associating details to a single person; when those match indicators are absent, we may decide not to associate certain information. Keep in mind, if there is a lack of information, it often indicates the person has a clean record.

All sales on these reports are final, as we provided as much accurate information that we had available. If you do have concerns about the results of your purchase, please contact our Customer Care team, and we will work with you to find a solution.
